So yeah...up until two weeks ago, I was a gym virgin.
My sister and I have been living in our condo for more than a year now and one of the perks we have is free use of the gym. We just decided to take advantage of that perk recently, when I realized that I should stop making excuses and really get off my butt.
I had been going on a no-rice-during-dinner diet for three weeks and had only lost 2 pounds -- much to my dismay. I felt so famished I would literally drool over Ro's and Michelle's food blog entries. Then Cris arrived from Canada and I completely threw away the blasted diet and shamelessly pigged out. So...off to the gym I grudgingly went.
Super neat!!! (I still wish they'd put a DDR dance pad in there, though.)
I wonder if my yoga session had something to do with it.
Mercury-Free event last month), which had been attached to me during my entire workout. It says here that I took 3,120 steps. That's not enough. You're supposed to take an average of 10,000 steps daily.
Hm. I should wear this pedometer whenever I go to the mall. I wonder how many steps an average maller takes...
